Sarah Poff

Sarah tells heartfelt stories from days gone by.   These stories are told though her sculpting, painting, speaking and hand on workshops.                                                                                           

Her teaching career has span several decades, states and situations, with students age 2-102. Her classes have been held in conventional and unconventional places, from Tarrant County Community College, (Ft. Worth, Texas), museums, parks, community centers, nursing homes and basements. She taught in Blue Springs School District, Blue Springs, MO for 24 years, before retiring in May of 2017.          

Sarah has her Undergrad degree in Art Education & Master’s in Education.  Her unique style and effective methods have been reported on numerous times in local and regional newspapers and television.  She is a published photographer, award-winning sculptor & painter. In 2012 she worn 3rd place on her sculpture in the Daughters of American Revolution American Heritage Contest.
